Do we just call our current system ‘good enough’?"

The focus on short term political expediency over long term good governance is adding to the vicious cycle of citizen disengagement from their democracy.”

Rebooter Michael Brectel is featured in Alberta Venture on his various volunteer efforts to re-engage citizens in democracy and their communities. "All of this stuff I do...its because I want to live here." Brechtel says. "Alberta has such human capacity that I want to harness."

Rebooter Mark Anielski in Alberta Venture "Why is this Man so Happy?"
Mark talks about the failures of GDP to measure quality-of-life indicators. Mark was also a presenter at Learning Our Way to the Next Alberta where he stated, happiness is 50% is genetic, 10% is education and capacity while 40% as a function of the quality of personal relationships.
